Cancellation Policy
As a small local Barber Shop, our income is based solely upon the barber services provided to our clients. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required for booking double/family appointments. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate our clients as effectively as possible. CANCELLATIONS - 24 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointments as necessary-you simply need to become a MEMBER via the WEBSITE LOGIN, TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING. For any cancellation less than 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge you for the full price of the missed service. NO SHOWS - repeated failure to show for an appointment without cancelling either online, or without contacting the barbers by way of TEXT or telephone, will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. LATE ARRIVALS - we regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service IF A CLIENT ARRIVES MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, as the service is 'time allocated' upon booking. STAFF ALLOCATION - occasionally the staff member you have booked with will be unavailable due to sickness, or other unforeseeable circumstances. When this occurs we shall attempt to cover with another staff member, or alternatively may have to reschedule your booking.
